16.Maya child’s innocence

I love taking photos of kids, capturing them giggle, laughing at things, or squirming.
I have taken “stunning” well great photos of my nephew by just observing him.

Many kids I know are not even conscious when am around taking photos.
What saddens me today was this little girl I know was actually doing kinky poses.
What horrified me is she is only 4 years old.

Who is to blame?

The weather in Antibes has been a lot warmer since I arrived…
And how peaceful is the walk early morning before the town buzzes and this street filled with cafe and bars.

I live in an urban jungle in Athens, so I fill my veranda with potted plants.
And I live most of the time afloat, where the word garden is non existent.

But I love plants and gardens… and one of my closest friend is a professional gardener. Bea lives in UK and Hungarian by blood. When she was looking for a new job, she showed me and ad seeking a gardener who loves cooking. It would take her to move down to Sussex but it was all worth it.

So when ever I visit UK, it is always a pleasure to take the train down to the rolling country sides to visit Bea and the garden where she works.

More photos of Perch Hill at summer and winter period when they were preparing the seeds for spring sprouts.

And she hosted me a lunch in the green house overlooking the gardens.

Sorry fellow LP if I have not bloghopped to your sites. I have been so busy with work and when we travel I have no internet access.

02.Aprpaboritong litrato

Litratong Pinoy celebrates a year anniversary today. Litratong Pinoy is a weekly photo blogging with themes among Filipino which started a year ago.

The main language use on this group is Tagalog of course. Through the group, I have picked up new Tagalog words that enrich my vocabulary.

Oh readers don’t shoot me, I grew up in Cebu, we spoke dialects at home. Cebuano and on my younger days, I have been fluent in Waray Waray too.

These days, between my sister and I, we speak a mix of Greeklish and Cebuano so excuse if I post this in English.

So this week’s theme is PABORITONG LITRATO, translates, favourite photo.
When Thess reminded me of this week theme, I was reeling with visual slide on my mind which one is my favourite?

But I really don’t have a so called favourite though I post my latest favourite on my IMPROMPTU .

Then I thought what photo has graced my desktop again and again other than my nephew?

Santorini, one of my favourite island here in Greece.
